About La Leche League of Half Moon Bay
Half Moon Bay Chapter of La Leche League was founded in May 2021 to help other parents to breastfeed through parent-to-parent support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and breastfeeding parent.

Our monthly meetings are facilitated by a LLL Leader who is also a local parent. LLL Leaders are volunteer breastfeeding counsellors who have nursed their own babies, and provide breastfeeding support in their communities. Leaders may also offer support by phone, text, email and social media.

La Leche League of Half Moon Bay is committed to diversity and inclusion. We support all breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and human milk feeding families, inclusive of their race, ethnicity, immigration status, national origin, creed, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, family structure, primary language, ability, or socio-economic status.
